Grand Bank Nature Trail Upgrades and Signage
Our engineers and designers designed and managed the first phase of the redevelopment of the trail to make it more accessible to hikers of all ages. As a part of the trail upgrades, InnovativeNL was contracted to deliver a rebranding of the trail as well as the design and development of a comprehensive way signage package, interpretive storyboards, and an entrance kiosk.
Grieg NL Salmon Hatchery, Marystown

Town of Burin: Heritage Square
The Town of Burin recognizes the Heritage Square Area as one of its most important assets within the community, due to its historic significance, cultural value, and natural beauty. The Town has identified the need to revitalize the Heritage Square and to broaden its’ scope and area of historic significance, and InnovativeNL was hired to manage the community’s greatest asset.

InnovativeNL Engineering and Project Management (IEPM) served as the Primary Consultant for the design and construction of a new fire hall for Town of Winterland. IEPM, put together a team of sub-consultants, designed the building to meet the needs of the Town and fit within budget. IEPM was also responsible for tendering and contract administration and site inspection services.
Town of Holyrood: Soccer Field Upgrade
IEPM was responsible for the design, tendering and contract administration for upgrades to the existing soccer field, construction of a new site services building addition of new parking area and upgrades to existing parking area. IEPM staff coordinated with several disciplines for the design of the site services building to ensure conflicts were minimized. IEPM provided site inspection services to ensure construction was completed as per design.
