Our Story

InnovativeNL Engineering and Project Management was founded on February 5, 2018, by bringing together talented and experienced team members who are committed to innovation in design and build for municipal and private infrastructure needs.

Meet the Team

Craig Moore

President, P. Tech, Owner

Craig’s experience spans 30 years in planning, design, development, construction, site inspection, and commissioning of heavy civil projects across Canada. Most recently Craig spent nearly four years as the Owner Representative/Construction Manager for GriegNL’s $250 million RAS Aquaculture project in Marystown, NL.

Gigi

Gigi is the glue that holds the office together (and keeps the bad guys away). She maintains a busy schedule that consists of sleeping, eating, and taking Craig and Wanda for walks where she forces them to practice environmentally-sound solid-waste management.

Wanda Butler

Operations Manager, P Tech, MCPM, NCSO, Owner

Wanda is a civil engineering technologist with 17 years of experience. She was previously employed with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador in a variety of positions within Transportation and Works, Service NL, Environment and Municipal Affairs and Environment. At InnovativeNL, Wanda is the Operations Manager, and her focus is on our clients and service. Wanda guides a client through all stages of a project from meeting on site to discuss issues/concerns, finding solutions, assisting with submitting a funding application to project closeout.  Wanda works closely with her team throughout a project to ensure that all resources are available providing a high level of service to all clients with a focus on details, schedule and budgets. As a company owner, Wanda supports and encourages staff to further their education, development and growth. Wanda illustrates leadership as indicated by her achievement of obtaining her Masters Certificate in Project Management (2020) as well as becoming a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) in January 2022.

Frank Gogos
