InnovativeNL was founded in early 2018 by bringing together talented and experienced team members who are committed to innovation in design and build for municipal and private infrastructure needs.

Craig R. Moore

President, P Tech

Craig has 28 years of experience in construction management, project management, planning, design, development, site inspection, and commissioning of heavy civil projects ensuring that best engineering practices are followed.

Jelissa Brien

Project Manager, P.Eng

Jelissa is a Civil Engineer with range of experience on heavy civil engineering projects. Jelissa provides design and project management, responsible for preparing specifications, estimates, reviewing deliverables, monitoring schedule and budget and performing site inspections.

Candis St. Croix

Survey Coordinator/Civil Designer P. Tech

Candis has worked in the civil engineering industry for over 9 years in various roles including Survey Party Chief, Drafter, Quality Control Technician and Document Control.

Wanda Butler

Operations Manager, P Tech

Wanda is a civil engineering technologist with 14 years of experience. She was previously employed with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador in a variety of positions within several departments including DTW, Service NL, DOE and DMAE. Wanda is responsible for overall project management, communication between stakeholders, monitoring schedule and budget and managing the allocation of project resources.

Nikki Pittman

B.Eng., EIT

Nikki is a graduate of the Civil Engineering program from Memorial University. Nikki is a CAD Designer responsible for reviewing existing project information, assisting with design, generating pre-tender cost estimates and assembling drawings.

Harry is currently in his 3rd of the Civil Engineering program from Memorial University

Frank Gogos

Accounts

Frank is largely responsible for accounts but brings a whole new set of skills to the company. He is a dynamic, self-starter with a versatile skill-set with a diverse career in multiple disciplines. Frank holds a BA in (History and Newfoundland Studies) and well as a diploma in Advanced Business Information Technology. He has had, and continues to have, a multi-faceted career, spanning academic research and writing; computer programming; publishing (author of 3 books on Newfoundland military history); public relations, social media, marketing and communications. In his free time he runs a museum and creates interpretive storyboards and bronze plaques for parks and trails. His work can be found all over Newfoundland as well as Nova Scotia, France, Belgium and Turkey.

Steven Frizzell

Senior Engineer

Steve is an Engineer with over 25 years of experience in multi-disciplinary roles. He has been involved with providing input on/writing of the master lift station specifications for both the City of St. John’s and the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment.

Travis MacDougall

Project Manager, Surveyor/Inspector P.Tech

Travis is a Surveyor/Site Inspector with 5 years of experience in dimensional control, water and sewer, and quality insurance over a wide range of civil project. Travis had obtained his Pilot Licence through Transport Canada for the operation of drones. (Small Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Advanced Operations Pilot Certificate)

George Rose

Senior Technologist

George is the lead CAD designer with 35 years civil drafting. He is responsible for project drawings from concept stage through to as-builts. 

Max Clarke

Resident Inspector

Max has 40 years experience as a resident inspector on a wide range of projects.
